Winemaking

The vinification of this Chardonnay begins with a manual harvest of the grapes, followed by gentle pressing to extract the juice. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, preserving the fruity aromas. After fermentation and stabilization, the wine is aged for several months in oak barrels, which gives it complexity and roundness without overly woody notes.

Tasting notes

Color : the robe is yellow with a gold reflection.

Nose : very aromatic of white flowers, honey and pineapple, enhanced with toasted notes

Mouth : full-bodied palate ending with a long, tropical, roasted finish. Remarkable balance between richness and freshness.
