Winemaking

vinification by soft pressing. Fermentation with controlled temperature at 14°C. Refinement in stainless steel.

Tasting notes

Color :  straw yellow with green hints

Nose : on the nose, its elegant aromatic bouquet is reminiscent of floral mimosa notes, with fruity and citrus aromas.

Mouth : on the palate, its slightly acid balance makes it fresh and long.
