24 hours maceration, soft pressing, fermentation with controlled temperature at 14°C. Refinement in stainless steel.

Tasting notes

Color : golden, with straw-yellow hints.

Nose : on the nose it is intense, aromatic and fruity.

Mouth : the palate is overwhelmed by its fresh liveliness and balance. It is structured, harmonious and persistent, with a delicate flavour.
