Winemaking

Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in American barrique at least for 3 – 6 months.

Tasting notes

Color : red

Nose : intense fruity aromas of mature plums and cherry jam. Slightly aromatic with a finish of vanilla and cocoa.

Mouth : smooth and full of ripe tannins.

Alc. 12.5% by vol. (depending on vintage) / net 750ML
