Winemaking

Thermo-controlled maceration at 26°C with further maceration of marcs after alcoholic fermentation. Refinement in big barrels for about 18 months, followed by a further refinement in stainless steel for 9 months.

Tasting notes

Color : intense red wine with garnet hints.

Nose : notes of mature red berries, dried figs, black cherries preserved in alcohol and vanilla aromas.

Mouth : on the palate it is structured, smooth and elegant with a fruity flavour mitigated by sweet and aromatic notes of cloves and black pepper.
