Selected by hand from the best fruit of our organic cultivated and low yielding Pinot Gris vineyards.

Tasting notes

Color :   straw yellow with green hints

Nose :  the bouquet smells of yellow fruits, and is also accompanied by earthy and spicy notes.

Mouth : on the palate it tastes intensely of mirabelle plums and honeydew melon, with a fine melt and fine acidity. Perfectly balanced with a lot of pressure in the long finale
