Winemaking

Grapes are dried in drying rooms in the Grezzana winery. Fermentation with long maceration on the skins to extract the fruity notes. Ageing in 30-, 54- and 75-hectolitre barrels for 24 months, bottle maturation at least 6 months.

Tasting notes

Color : color is intense ruby red

Nose : the nose offers great aromatic richness with fruity notes of cherry and blackberry. Spicy tones of cinnamon and pepper.

Mouth : mouth-filling on the palate, soft and creamy, with a persistent, intense finish. Dense, meaty tannins.
