Winemaking

Made with organic grapes from different regions of Valle de Uco and from our own vineyards located in Alto Gualtallary, Tupungato at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level, one of the highest in Mendoza. The wine is a blend, 60% Torrontés and 40% Chardonnay that has been fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fruity and fresh character.

Tasting notes

Color : bright greenish-yellow

Nose : on the nose it shows tropical and intense aromas of fruits such as pineapple, mango and peach, with delicate floral notes.

Mouth : on the palate it is expressive with a marked fruity character.
