Winemaking

Manual harvest. Traditional vinification in cement vats.  Aging in barrels.

Tasting notes

Color : deep, bright raspberry color.

Nose :  expressive fruity and spicy nose, reminiscent of blackberries, blueberries and black pepper, as well as minty cashew.

Mouth :  it is not too tannic but well balanced and has a long finish.
