It ages for 12 months in big oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Color : shiny ruby with violet reflections.

Nose : red fruits and cloves with a light, floral note.

Mouth :  notes of sour cherries and currants with dried leaves, red spices and hints of nutmeg. Medium- to full-bodied, juicy and fruit-forward with chalky tannins. Vivid and mineral on the finish.
