Manual harvest in 25kg boxes. 100% destemming followed by crushing.
Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 20 and
22ºC - for approximately 8 days.

Tasting notes

Color : violet.

Nose :  aroma of red fruits and some foral notes.

Mouth :  it is fresh and velvety, with a nish marked by an enormous aromatic intensity.
