Winemaking

Direct pressing followed by light settling at cold temperatures (6-8°C) for 24 to 48 hours – Slow fermentation at controlled temperatures in order to preserve the aromas and impart complexity. No malolactic fermentation so as to retain freshness.

Tasting notes

Color : lemon yellow with greenish reflections.

Nose : intense notes of ripe pears and white flowers on the nose.

Mouth :  on the palate with a creamy texture, aromas of melon, white peaches, honey and hints of mint. Mild acidity and a fresh finish.
