Primitivo 30%, Nero di Troia 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Syrah 20%.

Winemaking

Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, aged in French barrels 3 months.

Tasting notes

Color : intense red

Nose : toasted wood , Blackberry , Sour cherry , Currant jelly , Vanilla

Mouth : fruit jam and wild berries aromas. Round and smooth.
