Winemaking

Aging in stainless steel tanks before being further aged in barrels. Once aging is complete the wine is left to further age in the bottle for 6 months.

Tasting notes

Color : intense ruby red

Nose : refined, elegant, fruity on the nose with notes of blackberries, currants and plum

Mouth : in the mouth, it is round, velvety, balanced with good structure and soft tannins. An aftertaste reminiscent of licorice.
