Tasting notes

Color :  ruby with purple nuances

Nose: the aromatic palette on the nose is broad and varied, dominated by notes of red fruit, particularly cherry, black cherry, and blackberry, enriched with nuances of laurel, thyme, strawberry tree, and jujube. Dried plums and cocoa add further layers of complexity, resulting in a very elegant and inviting bouquet. 

Mouth : on the palate, a surprising elegance emerges: the freshness of quince blends harmoniously with refined tannins, while subtle spice and exotic notes of zizzole lend a unique character to the palate.
