Winemaking

The vineyard has been managed under sustainable management for 10 years. Disbudding, deseeding, leaf removal and thinning during the cycle vegetative. Manual harvest, then fermentation in small vats for plot monitoring. Aging in barrels for 12 months.

Tasting notes

Color : deep, bright raspberry color.

Nose :  this wine offers an open and pleasant nose of candied fruits and notes of roasted wood.

Mouth :  in the mouth, it presents a good balance, straight, full-bodied, with ripe tannins. Nice, fairly powerful wine with very good length.
