Winemaking

After the grapes have been completely destemmed, fermentation takes place for 5 to 7 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26/27ºC for gentle extraction. Part of this wine ages for a few months in French oak, giving it a pleasant complexity and persistence.

Tasting notes

Color : red rubis

Nose :  aromas of ripe red fruits, blackcurrant and spices. 

Mouth :  on the palate it has good acidity, firm and silky tannins, a balanced structure and good freshness.
