It ages for 24 months in big oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Color : intense, dark ruby red.

Nose : rich and spicy on the nose, carried by elegant licorice, a touch of vanilla, coffee grounds, then a whole bouquet full of ripe dark berries.

Mouth :  balanced and melty on the palate with tightly woven tannins, builds up in many layers, does not appear overbearing, extremely fruity and spicy in the finish, long.
