Stage: Ages “sur lies fines” in steel vats for 4 months

Tasting notes

Color : citrus.

Nose :  explosion of aromas of meadow flowers.

Mouth :  balanced by the intense flavour of the white pulp fruits, lime, and is vibrant and fresh, with a very long finish.
