Winemaking

Hand picked grapes, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel with maceration at 24-26ºC.
Ageing 6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Color : bright violet color

Nose :  complex red berries, toasted, with suggestions of over riple plums.

Mouth : rich red berry flavour with great persistence, balanced, rounded and with a good structure that will allow it to age well.

Alc. 14.5% by vol. (depending on vintage) / net 750ML
