Winemaking

vinification by soft pressing, fermentation in barrique at 16°- 18°C. Refinement in barrique on fine lees by periodic bâtonnage until the end of February.

Tasting notes

Color :  Golden yellow

Nose : rich and aromatic notes of pineapple.

Mouth : full and harmonious, with a really good and balanced acidity that prepares the palate for a long and pleasant aftertaste.
