Winemaking

Hand picked grapes, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel with maceration at 24-26ºC.
Ageing 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Color : beautiful dark ruby colour

Nose :  very complexed mix of ripedraspberries and blackberries.

Mouth : rich and spicy with red berries flavour, very elegant with silky tannins and very long finish.

Alc. 14.5% by vol. (depending on vintage) / net 750ML
