Winemaking

Manual Harvest in 25kg boxes. 100% destemming followed by crushing.
Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 20 and 22ºC - for approximately 12 days. Partial aging of 6 months in French oak barrels

Tasting notes

Color : bright red color with violet tones

Nose :  intense oral and complex aroma with .evidence for red fruits

Mouth :  In the mouth it is aromatic, smooth and voluminous, with notes of
chocolate. The quality tannins and acidity gives the wine a freshness, making it smooth, elegant and long.
