Winemaking

Manual harvest in 25kg boxes. 100% destemming followed by crushing.
Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 20 and 22ºC - for approximately 12 days. Partial aging of 3 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Color : ruby colour

Nose :  concentrated aroma, delicate revealing ripe fresh fruit (cherry and plum), some toast and chocolate, touch of violets, rockrose and spices.

Mouth :   In the mouth it is very elegant with fine and soft tannin, expressive fruit and a long and very greedy nish.
