reception with total destemming and soft crushing, followed by prolonged harvesting. Aging in new and used French oak barrels and natural clarification aided by the biting cold of the Serra da Estrela.

Color : very intense ruby color.

Nose :  on the nose, it reveals notes of red fruits and wild plants.

Mouth :  good volume in the mouth, velvety tannins and a pleasant freshness typical of the natural acidity of the wines from Cova da Beira. The aromatic component is striking and complex with perfectly integrated wood notes
