Winemaking

Ageing for 18 months in the traditional Veronese 750 litre-cask made of chestnut and cherry wood. Bottle maturation 6 months.

Tasting notes

Color :  ruby red color

Nose : a richly aromatic nose, with intense notes of fruit jam and spices.

Mouth : the palate is full-bodied, firmly structured and rich.
