Winemaking

Plot and intra-plot, with gravity vatting, in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Breeding
in French oak barrels, medium to medium long toasting. Dodge racking. Fining with egg whites in barrel.

Nose :  this wine offers an open and pleasant nose of candied fruits and notes of roasted wood.

Mouth :  in the mouth, it presents a superb balance with fine tannins.
