Winemaking

The grapes from Domaine Terra di I Nostri are harvested at night, so they arrive very fresh in the presses, before fermenting. The alcoholic fermentation which is at the origin of the production of the wine is only possible from a temperature of 28°C; macerating the juices below this temperature allows their aromatic potential to be extracted as much as possible. 

Tasting notes

Color :  intense garnet red

Nose : nose marked by myrtle, pepper, plum and maquis herbs.

Mouth : the tannins are fleshy and the persistence is long.
