Syrah (50%), Grenache noir (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%)

Winemaking

This cuvée stands out due to the parcel selection of the grapes. When the vintage allows and the grapes have reached optimal phenolic maturity, they are then hand-harvested, sorted, and partially destemmed before being vinified in concrete tanks. After 35 days of maceration, aging follows in high-quality woods selected by us. After about 12 months, the blends are made in collaboration with the oenologists Michel and Bastien Tardieu.

Tasting notes

Color : the robe is deep purple.

Nose : express nose of liquorice and red fruits aromas (blackberry, cherry) with toasted notes.

Mouth : harmonious, a full-bodied wine, elegant with a powerful structure. The long finish alternates between ripe fruits and spicy notes.
