Syrah (70%), Grenache (20%) and Rolle (10%).

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested in crates during the coolest hours of the night. The Syrahs and Rolles were blended based on similar maturities. Only the finest juices are selected, settled, and worked until the start of alcoholic fermentation. The Mourvèdres were vinified in demi-muids and then aged for two months on fine lees. This uniqueness in a rosé brings complexity and originality to the blend.

Tasting notes

Color : the robe is very elegant, clear crystalline.

Nose : powerful and complex, it mixes citrus aromas with some notes of strawberry.

Mouth : it combines structure and intensity with a feeling of fatness. A long finish, very rich in aromas, subtly melted woody.
