Winemaking

Short maceration overnight under the skins, controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequent stop on the lees during the winter; 20% ferments in wood, the blend between the two masses is made in February

Tasting notes

Color :  a golden yellow colour with coppery tinges

Nose : it has an intense aroma, is fruity and creamy with vanilla scents. 

Mouth : on the palate it shows a perfect balance between freshness and elegance, having good length.
