Winemaking

Fermentation at 16-18°C reveals a range of aromas, followed by a slightly reductive aging on lees before the final blend.

Color : vibrant pale pink with copper highlights

Nose : intense aromas and reveals in turn notes of fresh lemon, exotic fruits mixed with sustained floral notes,

Mouth : on the palate, this unexpected rosé displays its finest qualities, offering a subtle balance between freshness and smoothness, enhanced by delicate spicy notes of white pepper.
